Looking for Renters

This is a BYU contracted men's unit. There are 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We currently have 3 parking spaces as we won the literal parking space lottery last summer. (In full disclosure, the number of space could go down to two if we don't win said lottery again in August.)

This unit as also available to married couples for $1220 a month with a $400 deposit. It comes fully furnished (queen size bed in master.) We have three parking spots, but when we lived there as a couple, we only had one car and "rented out" our other spaces to single students.

The medium room rents for $345 a month. It also has a spacious closet and is next door to the hallway bathroom which is shared with the tenant of the small bedroom.
